Antibacterial and Antimycotic Properties of Modified Carbon Sorbents

The aim of the work was to study biological activity modifiers and carbon sorbent samples modified by them in relation some types microorganisms. Material methods . under were obtained at Center New Chemical Technologies BIC. Glycolic acid, lactic glycine, glutamic acid used as modifiers. Strains Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 27853, Klebsiella pneumoniae 418, Esherichia coli 25922, Candida albicans (clinical strain) test cultures. sample placed wells a sterile plate, then working suspension culture added amount 2.0 ml until completely wet 1:1. survival microorganisms determined quantitative inoculation from each well «sample — microorganism» mixture on Petri dishes with simple nutrient agar using sector crop method (Gold). species confirmed studying their cultural, morphological, biochemical properties. Results conducted studies have demonstrated high antibacterial antimycotic hydroxyl acids most common opportunistic pathogens pyoinflammatory diseases bacterial fungal nature comparison initial sample. oligomer showed highest activity. Conclusion High modified hydroxy amino pyoinflammatory established sorbent. has pronounced effect against all studied strains, but exhibits weak use sorbents is promising direction for application therapy infections.
